CEO and Founder
Sandy Piontak is a fashion retail visionary who’s entrepreneurial successes led to the creation of MadaLuxe, a thriving luxury house.
Sandy’s first two international companies opened simultaneously in 1988, Instinct Fashion and Focus (HK.) Specializing in designing and sourcing private label merchandise, these companies generated over $60 million in revenue.
In 1998, Sandy co-founded P2F Holdings to launch the first apparel closeout division for Carlen enterprises. P2F quickly became the industry’s leading wholesaler of off-price branded merchandise, exceeding revenue of $100 million.
From the foundation of P2F Holdings, MadaLuxe was created when Sandy forecasted a movement toward elevated product. Her prediction proved correct, as today MadaLuxe is the largest distributor of off-priced luxury goods in North America.
President and Founder
Adam Freede has successfully led the innovative growth strategies to position MADA Luxe as the leader in the wholesale luxury space. He facilitated initiatives to expand the company through strategic partnerships and futuristic concepts. He perpetually pushes the envelope of the business through diversification of product categories and divisions. Under his guidance, the corporation has experienced consistent and sustainable growth. Adam established strategic and creative Internet distribution setting the company apart from competitors.
Director of Sales, Marketing and Merchandising
Shari joined MADA as the division was launched in July 2010. She came from the online private sale start up company, RueLaLa, where she was Chief Merchandising Officer from the inception. Prior to her 4 years at RueLaLa, Shari was at the TJX companies for 17 years. Throughout her retail career Shari has overseen all categories of merchandise and built strong relationships with her brand partners.
