Under Adam’s leadership, MadaLuxe has emerged as a preeminent luxury company, featuring an exclusive collection of prestigious brands.

A proud alumnus of the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, Adam's influence also extends to his roles as a board member for various organizations, spanning philanthropies, consumer packaged goods, and circular fashion companies.

As the Co-Chair and Co-Founder of his family's foundation, The Sholl-Freede Foundation, Adam remains dedicated to philanthropic endeavors. Additionally, he serves as both an owner and board member of the Los Angeles Football Club in Major League Soccer.

Sandy Sholl

Founder & Chairperson, MadaLuxe

Sandy Sholl is a luxury retail expert, investor and philanthropist. She cofounded MadaLuxe in 2010 and serves as Chairperson. 

Sandy has pioneered two investment funds, MadaLuxe Ventures and SLS Journey, focusing on groundbreaking technologies that elevate the consumer experience. Sandy is also Founder of Zelig AI Technology, a pioneering company renowned for its patented, AI-powered virtual try-on and styling (VTO-S) technology, revolutionizing how B2B customers will engage with fashion.

As Co-Chair and Co-Founder of her family's philanthropy, the Sholl-Freede Foundation, she champions numerous initiatives that safeguard the promise of future generations. The Sholl-Freede Foundation is keenly focused on combating antisemitism by bringing together powerfully impactful organizations and leaders who passionately champion the fight. Sandy also successfully integrated the esteemed World of Children organization, boasting 25 years of impactful work, bringing it under the Sholl-Freede Foundation’s umbrella and further expanding its global impact. Additionally, Sandy serves as a board member of Tikva Children’s Home.
